Q1. Pixieset is asking me for a PIN code where do I find it?

A. It is contained in the email you got - sometimes you just have to scroll down a little ways to see it.

Q2. Where is the email you sent with my images?

A. The email will be either be from Red Photography by Michelle (mailer@pixiesetmail.com) with Photos for (client) are ready (in the subject line) or WeTransfer (noreply@wetransfer.com) with redphotographybymichelle@gmail sent you files via WeTransfer (in the subject line)

Q3. When will I get my images?

A. It depends. Generally you will receive your images within 3 weeks if you are receiving edits and I am choosing them for you. If you want to choose your own images for editing it will take 4 weeks from the date I receive your selections. If you want all your images unedited you should get them within 1 weeks and usually by next day.
